Aqua Palace Terms of Service
All merchandise purchased with Aqua Palace On-Line must be paid in full before it is shipped unless other arrangements are approved in advance. By accepting these terms of service all payments made to Aqua Palace will be undisputable and without recourse—as such, no transaction can be charged back to merchant, Aqua Palace.
Although most Aqua Palace On-Line orders are shipped within 24 hours, the actual delivery time will vary by location and time of year. Aqua Palace ships by UPS, DHL, Fed Ex or common truck carrier, depending on the item and destination. Shipping or freight charges will be automatically calculated when you place your order. Normal deliveries range within 2 – 5 business days. If you need an item sooner, express delivery is also available. Please call Aqua Palace at (712) 598-4132 during regular hours to arrange an expedited delivery. We make no guarantee as to the exact length of any delivery time.
Every reasonable effort will be made to maintain products stocked in the Aqua Palace on-line store. With variables such as manufacturer availability, shipping and consumer demand, Aqua Palace does not guarantee merchandise will be available at all given times. Based on extensive product knowledge Aqua Palace will attempt to make suitable substitutions on discontinued or unavailable items.
All products purchase through Aqua Palace are covered by a full manufacture warranty unless specifically specified. Once an item is installed then the warranty is in place and should be used accordingly. All questions, issues or concerns about the performance of a product should be directed to the manufacturer prior to returning merchandise to Aqua Palace. There are no other warranties either expressed or implied. Aqua Palace cannot be held responsible for damage due to customer negligence.
Aqua Palace permits the return of non-defective merchandise within 30 days of receipt. However, due to the nature of the following products, all sales are final and no returns are allowed. These items include chemicals, replacement parts, swimming pools as well as all opened merchandise including liners, covers and blankets. Any damaged product must be noted to the shipper at the time of delivery.
You must call Aqua Palace customer service prior to making any returns to be given a return authorization number. Then securely pack your items in their original package and send via prepaid insured to:

Original shipping cost is not refundable. All returns must be clean, unused and in resalable condition. The original copy of the invoice must be included with all returns. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Aqua Palace reserves the right to add up to a 20% or a $5.00 re-stocking fee applied to all merchandise returned, which ever is greater.
Special order products are not eligible for return unless approved in advance by Aqua Palace.
