What vac can I use for my aboveground swimming pool?

Traditional manual pool vacs are always an option if you prefer to do the cleaning yourself. You will need: pole, vac head, vac hose, and a cone or vac plate. The benefit of having a manual pool vac is if there is only one section of the swimming pool that is dirty, you can quickly have the pool totally clean and looking beautiful in just a few minutes – just in time for your next swim!
If you like the less maintenance approach, an automatic pool cleaner would be your best option! We have several automatic pool vacs to choose from that work great on most aboveground pools (depending on your pump and filter size). These vacs connect directly through your skimmer and force the debris into your filter. Some of the automatic vacs will only do the floor, where others will also do the walls!
You can also use Robotic vacs in your aboveground swimming pool as well! Although a little more costly, they offer more features, quicker cleaning, and will not send the debris to your filter system but will instead trap it inside the vessel of the vac! Check out more about these vacs here!
