Aqua Palace has been owned and operated by the same family since day one. From small town in southwest Iowa to the big city, we quickly realized we needed to launch on a grander scale in the Omaha metro area. We moved to the Mall of the Bluffs, with a location 6 times the size of our original showroom! We gained a lot of momentum and saw the true need in the Omaha Metro for water therapy and quality built products. In 2003, we purchased a 3 acre lot parallel to interstate I-80, just a few blocks south of the Mall of the Bluffs. We have continued to grow and have made this our permanent home. If you have stopped by our large indoor showroom or seen our 1 acre outdoor showgarden area, we encourage you to stop by soon! We have a lot to offer and you won’t be disappointed with our selection!
Generations
After nearly 20 years in the business, “mom and dad” felt it would be a great time to get one of the kids in on the business, to make sure it is ready to roll for another 20 years and beyond. Their daughter Jennifer has been apart of the business since she was a Freshman in High School (in 2003). She has now taken the reigns as a 2 generation owner and still operates alongside her parents on a daily basis in this business. Jennifer has brought new generational ideas to the business and has allowed us to expand our ideas in additional product offerings as well as more advanced ways to take care of you, our customers!
We Give Back
We truly believe in supporting our community and we love to support local charities and ministries. One of our favorite charities is the Make-A-Wish Foundation! We have been connected with our Iowa and Nebraska chapters since 2000 and have helped many children in the metro area receive a hot tub or swimming pool for their wish! There is nothing more heartwarming than to see a child with a life debilitating illness receive their dream wish. Hot tubs and pools are fantastic therapy vessels for these children to be able to exercise and just be buoyant. We are grateful for our partnership with the Make-A-Wish Foundation and enjoy giving back to our community through their efforts.
We also love children around the world and we personally sponsor 3 children through Compassion International. What a gift it is to help children that live in such poverty be able to get a great education, healthcare, running water, a secure roof over their heads and food on the table. We truly believe if you are blessed, you should bless another and we try to live that out through the ministries and charities that we support.

Our family is here to serve you all year long. Even when the summers can get a little hectic and a lot of hours are put in, we always try to have a smile on our face. We want to make your summer is the best it can possibly be, even when that means sacrificing time spent away, enjoying the outdoors with our own families. We greatly appreciate you and thank you for your trust in allowing us to be your one stop for anything water or heat therapy related.
