NEW POLICY UPDATE: April 27th, 2020


During these uncertain times, we are kindly asking for only 1 person from each family to enter our retail store to pickup supplies and products if possible.




We would like to assist you with grabbing the products you need off the shelf for you, to prevent any spread of bacteria around our hundreds of products. Please allow us to assist you in grabbing the products that you need.




If you are interested in purchasing a spa, pool or sauna, we are still scheduling appointments and will accommodate a couple and children if needed.




We would ask if there are more than 3 cars in the parking lot when you arrive, if you would graciously remain in your vehicle until someone has left. We are only staffed to be able to serve 3 customers at a time.




These new policies will allow us to reopen with more normal services and shopping experiences, while keeping our storefront clean and all of our clients and staff safe.



We appreciate your patience as we navigate these challenges together.



 We have set up an ORDER PICKUP shelf right inside our door! If you know what you need, you can order directly on our website www.aquapalace.com! We will text you when your order is ready and you can easily find it right inside the door!
