Adjusting the water temperature even just a degree or two can make a big difference on the summertime comfort level of soaking. While maxing out at 104 degrees doesn't sound appealing during Omaha's intense summer heat, the therapy you receive from 99-100 degree water can feel great and will offer you the same benefits as soaking in 104 degree water in the dead of winter!

In extreme climates, draining part of the water out and refilling with cool water will help to lower the temperature if it climbs too much and won’t drop down. Having the cover open and the jets running in the evening, especially waterfall jets, will also help to aerate the water and cool it down. A fun party idea is to put a block of ice in the spa with fruit and cheese on top as a way to cool off the water and entertain guests at the same time!
